The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is hosting this dedication that will include brief presentations and the unveiling of a special Bird Conservation Area (BCA) sign.  Following the ceremony, there will be a short driving tour of Stephens State Forest and perhaps a bird walk. Additional BCA information is available:
