Join DNR-Pollution Prevention Services Nov. 13 for a Strategic Goals Program Workshop entitled "Q & A: RICE Rule, Boiler MACT & Stormwater." This workshop will provide an opportunity to meet with regulators and industry experts in a small setting where questions are welcome to learn about the Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE) rule, the Boiler Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT), and stormwater regulations.
Experts from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, and the Iowa Waste Reduction Center will provide compliance assistance on these requirements. This workshop provides an opportunity to access regulators who will answer your questions on these compliance issues.
