Annual Run Through the Woods 5k Fun Run/Walk

Make some new friends, get to know some of the presenters, and enjoy a relaxing run or walk through Springbrook State Park while at the Becoming an Outdoors Woman workshop. Our route takes you around the park’s lake, which is pretty much a flat course.

Not a runner? Don’t worry about it! More than 90 percent of participants in past years have been walkers. For those interested, your “official times” will be available later in the workshop. Like B.O.W., this is a non-competitive (well, except maybe with yourself), fun event.

Many participants enjoy this Friday night offering, hosted by Joli Vollers. If you would like to join in on the fun contact Joli Vollers for the registration form.
