Area Source Toxics - NESHAP

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) are required by law to reduce exposure to hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). To that end, the following National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) have been implemented.
