Exemption Justification Document Available September 27, 2005 Technical justification to support six proposed exemptions from the requirement to obtain an air construction permit is now available. The department will request permission to proceed with a rulemaking for the proposed exemptions at the October 17, 2005, Environmental Protection Commission meeting.
