The following lists were designed to help livestock and poultry producers determine when their annual MMP report updates are due. Check any list below for due dates. The lists are available for all facilities in the state or for each DNR field office area. Both lists are organized by county, with the facility ID numbers arranged numerically within each county.

If you cannot find your facility on the list, please check to determine if you are looking under the correct facility ID number and name. If you still can't find the facility, please call the appropriate DNR field office. All lists were generated on April 3, 2009. The DNR does not plan to update this list. Instead, the list will be replaced with a revised Animal Feeding Operations database in the summer of 2009. Producers will be able to check that list for the due date of their annual updates and the date that their complete plan update, including the P Index, is due.
