Submit a Request for a Public Hearing on an NMP

You may review nutrient management plans (NMPs) at the DNR field office where the facility is located or will apply manure and feedlot effluent. You may also request a public hearing with the DNR if the request is received within 10 days of when the public notice was published in a local newspaper.
