Submit a Public Comment on an NMP

You may review nutrient management plans (NMPs) at the DNR field office where the facility is located or will apply manure and feedlot effluent. Public comments will be reviewed by the DNR if they are received within 10 days of when the public notice was published in a local newspaper.
