Webinar Oct. 30 about Proposed Changes to Grain Elevator Air Regulations 8 hours ago
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed changes to the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for grain elevators based on its 8-year review of this Clean Air Act regulation. The proposed rule affects elevators at processing facilities with storage capacities of one million or more bushels and other elevators with storage capacities of 2.5 million bushels or more. read more...

Public Input Opportunity: DNR Draft Proposal to Rescind and Update Rules Wednesday, September 10, 2014
The Iowa DNR Air Quality Bureau (DNR) invites the public to provide informal comments on a draft rulemaking proposal. The proposal includes rescissions to several unnecessary rules and updates to two rules to reduce regulatory requirements.
