EPA to Hold Public Hearings on Greenhouse Gas Standards for New Power Plants 4 days ago

Public Comment Period Extended for Compliance and Enforcement Rulemaking (proposed Chapter 17, forme 4 days ago

The DNR has extended the public comment period for the proposed rules to clarify and affirm the variety of compliance and enforcement options the Department may consider in responding to possible violations of environmental statutes, rules, permits, licenses, certifications, and plans. The proposed rules are new Chapter17 (567 Iowa Administrative Code), and were formerly proposed as new Chapter “9A.” read more...
