Bluegill were sampled in good numbers, but size is topping out around 6.5 inches. White crappie are abundant. Most crappie are 7 to 8.5 inches with a small portion of the population up to 10 inches. Largemouth bass were sampled in low numbers and ranged in size from 9 to 20.5 inches. Channel catfish are the most abundant game fish within Grays Lake with sizes from 9 to 25 inches. The majority of catfish are 10.5 to 13.5 inches.(2014)
