DES MOINES — Entities requiring authorization to discharge storm water through the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water general permit have the option of using a new online application process for both new sites and facilities and renewals of existing authorizations.
The online permitting process should significantly reduce the time needed by the Department for processing new applications and renewals.
