DES MOINES – The Easter Lake Watershed Council will meet at 6 p.m., Jan. 19, at the South Side Library, 1111 Porter Ave., in Des Moines to discuss the current status of Easter Lake renovation project, determine council objectives and assist with future restoration efforts.
