Responsible parties have 30 days to appeal the order or 60 days to pay the penalty.
James Heal, dba A-1 American and A-1 Imports, Homestead
Remove all solid waste from properties in Homestead, comply with the state’s storm water requirements, pay past due administrative penalties and pay a new penalty of $10,000.
Anthony Fehr and ACL Fehr LLC
Submit complete manure management plan update with Iowa Phosphorus Index and pay $3,000 penalty.
A consent order is issued as an alternative to issuing an administrative order. A consent order indicates that the DNR has voluntarily entered into a legally enforceable agreement with the other party.
Green Plains Superior LLC, Superior
Pay $10,000 penalty for air quality violations, including failure to obtain and/or comply with air quality construction permits.
Simon Fitzpatrick, Dunlap
Document removal of discarded appliances from property. This order replaces Administrative Order No. 2011-SW-17.
Sivyer Steel Corporation, Bettendorf
Schedule to remove waste foundry sand from facility.
Order to resolve unauthorized flood plain construction, including payment of $3,000 penalty.
A consent amendment is issued in settlement of a previous administrative order or to amend a pre‐existing consent order. A consent amendment indicates that the DNR has voluntarily entered into a legally enforceable agreement with the other party.
City of Boone
Amendment to schedule for the completion of construction of Boone’s sanitary sewer collection system improvements.
