A Strategic Goals Program Workshop about the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCAC) "Derived by Rule,” the Rag Rule, and Greenhouse Gas Equivalencies Calculating and Reporting Methodology will be held April 29. This workshop is an opportunity for manufacturers to meet with regulators and industry experts in a small setting where questions are welcome.
Experts from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, and the Iowa Waste Reduction Center will be there to provide compliance assistance for RCAC requirements.
The workshop will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott, 2405 SE Creekview Drive, Ankeny. The motel is located off of Interstate 35 at Exit 90. The workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost is $35 and includes lunch.

This workshop is the fifteenth in a series offered by the Iowa Strategic Goals Program (ISGP). The workshop is open to all Iowa manufacturers and the materials presented will apply to a broad range of industrial processes.
