Title V Fee Due July 1, 2011

On May 17, 2011, the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission set the Title V air operating permit fee for calendar year 2010 emissions at $56.00 per ton. As required by 567 Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) 22.106, the fee, along with appropriate forms, must be submitted to the Department of Natural Resources - Air Quality Bureau no later than July 1, 2011.
