Boil Advisory Lifted in Dayton
Posted: 03/12/2014

The boil advisory issued following a break in a water main that drained the Dayton water tower on March 5, has been lifted for the city of Dayton in Webster County.

Two sets of water samples have tested clean for bacterial contamination, so the city has lifted the advisory.

Loss of water pressure can potentially allow bacteria to get into the system.
