NEW ALBIN – A pipe coupler on manure application equipment broke Monday, allowing manure to reach Clark Creek about 1.5 miles above where the creek flows into the Upper Iowa River southwest of New Albin.

A sport fishing license is required to bowfish in Iowa, and allows the holder to take rough fish from public lakes, rivers, and reservoirs, as well as private ponds with permission.
